We gladly accept returns and exchanges, no questions asked!
To place a return or exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery at email@example.com. Items for returns/exchanges must be shipped back within 60 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
The following items are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom orders, personalized orders, and items on sale.
