Beautiful banners!

The color and size of these papel picado banners was exactly what I was looking for. I understand that they are handmade and so there are some flaws but several came ripped and some had tape on them that stuck to multiple banners, causing further tears. Once we got them hung up and ready though, they were beautiful and created the ambiance I was looking for at my party.
