I saw this and thought the ivory color reminded me of old fashioned lace, so I ordered it for my cousin's rustic farmhouse wedding and it looked absolutely gorgeous! We were very happy to share with everyone that it was actually a Mexican banner called "papel picado" and the guests all remarked about the super pretty and intricate designs. The bride loved that it was also a slight throwback to one of her favorite Disney movies, Coco, since we had small hints of the couple's favorite movies/characters everywhere.These are thin tissue paper but surprisingly durable, and actually were in perfect condition when we took them down even after being up for 2 days in an unairconditioned barn. The price is great and these were easy to hang up, and despite being white/ivory, were nice and opaque so they were highly visible.
